In the winter of 2020, Alison Reynolds will be mounting cross-country skis at the Sweden/Norway border, determined to cross Norway in nine days. Carrying a 60L backpack, she will ski seven hours each day, going as far as she can before light fails. She is doing this for her daughter Tia who was born with PKU. She is doing this to help fund research for a cure for all people with PKU. We invite you to join this adventure with her!
This event is a unique Lifting the Limits Event for PKU.
Details About the Trek
The trek will begin in Storlien, Sweden, along the Norway/Sweden border, and proceed northwest across Norway until we reach the coast in Stjørdal, Norway. This route is just south of the Arctic Circle and also just south of the farmland where Dr. Ivar Asbjørn Følling grew up.
